Research
As an implementation scientist I develop and evaluate theory-based nutrition and wellness interventions using Social Marketing Theory principles.
My work aims to create culturally relevant, community-based programs that lead to measurable behavioral changes, particularly for underserved populations.
I accomplish this by balancing qualitative and quantitative research methods to assess and refine health interventions, with a focus on creating accessible tools for community application.
